What We Do
Functional Home Evaluation
Analysis of the dangers and hazards in your home is fundamental to ensuring your safety in the home. We will come to your home and find all the hidden hazards, and provide affordable ways to fix them. You will receive a written evaluation of your home with recommendations for ensuring your safety and comfort. Unlike a home inspector, we understand YOU and how your unique health situation affects your ability to function in your home. As with all health care, all information about you and your home is kept strictly confidential.
Adaptive Equipment / Assistive Device Training
Often times the solution to keeping you safe at home is as simple as using the right tools for the task at hand. Life is about what we do everyday, the things that occupy our time. In Occupational Therapy, we specialize in finding adapted equipment and safety techniques that can help you maintain your independence in your home. We will gladly provide any equipment you need and train you in its use.
Home Modification
We change as we age, and our homes need to change with us. Our team of professional skilled craftsmen can create the safe home environment you need to stay securely in your home. We will bring in the best names in the area to ensure that the job is done right!
Ramp and Lift Construction
When getting in and out of your home is the problem, we have the solution. All of our ramps are custom built per ADA specifications, and designed to look like a part of your home. We can also install mechanical lifts in some cases where ramps are impractical.
